Some cookbooks are beautiful, some are informative, and some are both. Some beg to be read from cover to cover, while others are more reference-based. There are also cookbooks out there that are simply “not good.” In each review I will provide my take on the design, the book’s usefulness, and its recipes. Use the information as you will!
